In China, people usually have three meal a day, they are breakfast, lunch and supper. People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning. There are many kind of food for them to eat, such as nuddles, eggs, fried dough sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon, usually have vegetables, meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about at six in the evening. All the family eat together, they eat the same kind of food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal. 在中国，人们通常一天三餐，早餐、午餐和晚餐。 人们通常在早上7点到9点的时候吃早餐，早餐有很多种食物，例如面条、鸡蛋、油条和豆浆。他们中午12点左右吃午餐，一般吃蔬菜、肉和米饭。午餐过后休息一会儿。晚餐在晚上6点左右。全家人一起吃，他们吃的食物跟午餐的一样。有些人喜欢在饭后吃些水果。

Fire can help people in many ways, but it can also be dangerous. Fire can keep you warm, give light and cook food. However, big fire can also burn your house and hurt you. Nobody knows how ancient people started using fire. Today, people can make fire very easily. They use matches and lighters. Sometimes children like to play with them, but it can be very dangerous. One match can burn a piece of paper, and a small fire can start a big fire to burn everything. So you must be careful with matches. If you use the fire in the right way, it can help you, but if you use it in the wrong way, it may hurt you. 火可以在很多方面帮助人们，但是也可以非常危险。火可以让你保持温暖，发出光亮以及煮饭。然而，大火也可以将你房子烧掉，伤害到你。没人知道古人是怎么开始使用火的。今天，人们很容易就可以生火。他们用火柴或者打火机。有时候小朋友喜欢玩火柴，但是这十分危险。一根火柴可以燃烧一张纸，而小火可以引起一场大火烧掉一切。所以你要小心火柴。如果你用正确的方法使用火，它就可以帮助你，然而如果你用错了它，它可能会伤害到你。

People always talk about being successful, they think that success is hard to reach, most of them can’t be successful all their lives. In my opinion, success is not hard to reach, there are two factors that make success. One is the knowledge. When we go to school, we store the knowledge and prepare for the future. Rome is not built in a day, so we must learn as more as possible. Another is persistence. We will meet all kinds of difficulities, if we give up quickly, then we will not see the happy ending. Only the one who can never give up will get what he wants. In a word, success is not hard to reach. 人们总是谈论成功,他们认为成功是很难达到,其中大部分人觉得他们一生都不可能取得成功。在我看来,成功并不难,有两个因素促使成功。一个是知识。当我们去上开云kaiyun(中国)的时候,我们储备知识和为未来做好准备。罗马不是一天建成的,因此我们必须尽可能地多开云kaiyun(中国)。另一个是坚持。我们会遇到各种各样的困难,如果我们放弃,就不会看到幸福的结局。只有永不放弃的人才能得到他想要的东西。总之,成功不是很难达到。
