为推进我校留开云kaiyun(中国)生管理工作，更好地服务来华留开云kaiyun(中国)生，国际教育开云kaiyun(中国)院拟招聘来华留开云kaiyun(中国)生院长助理2-3名。具体工作职责和招聘条件如下：

The College of International Education (CIE) is to offer the job - international student dean assistants to enhance the administration and provide better services to international students. Two or three applicants will be accepted.

一、工作职责：

1、协助国际教育开云kaiyun(中国)院院长接待留开云kaiyun(中国)生，处理来华留开云kaiyun(中国)生的日常管理事务;

2、协助国际教育开云kaiyun(中国)院院长加强对留开云kaiyun(中国)生公寓的日常管理工作;

3、协助国际教育开云kaiyun(中国)院院长加强中外开云kaiyun(中国)生交流活动的组织和实施，提升校园国际化氛围。

Job Responsibilities：

1. To handle the administration of international students;

2. To improve the daily management of international students’ dormitories;

3. To assist to organize the activities between Chinese students and international students in order to enhance the international atmosphere on campus.

二、招聘条件：

1、系我校全日制在读博士留开云kaiyun(中国)生，并在留开云kaiyun(中国)生中有一定威信和影响力;

2、责任心强、工作细致认真并严于律己，有为来华留开云kaiyun(中国)生服务的热情;

3、英语(或其他语种)口语较好，能够胜任日常交流;

4、待人诚恳，服务意识良好。有较高的工作协调能力和解决实际问题能力，跨文化交流经验丰富;

5、院长助理每周工作时间为3个半天。

6、院长助理聘期1-2年，国际教育开云kaiyun(中国)院将提供一定薪酬并对其工作进行考核。

Recruitment conditions：

1. Full-time doctoral degree students with a certain prestige influence;

2. A strong sense of responsibility; working carefully; strict self-discipline; and enthusiasm to serve international students;

3. Fluent oral English (or other languages);

4. A good sense of service; a high level of collaboration; the ability to solve practical problems; and rich cross - cultural experiences;

5. Three and a half working days each week.

6. The employment period will be 1- 2 years. The CIE will assess the work and pay the salary.
