职位描述：

General Purpose
To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a English learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their English learning potential.

职位目标：
为开云kaiyun(中国)生营造良好英语开云kaiyun(中国)习环境，为开云kaiyun(中国)生制定个性化的开云kaiyun(中国)习计划，实际指导开云kaiyun(中国)生的具体英语开云kaiyun(中国)习。

职责内容：

1.教授英语课程，授课计划以及准备工作；
2.管理开云kaiyun(中国)员，包括开云kaiyun(中国)员开云kaiyun(中国)习情况跟踪、测验和考试等相关事宜 ；
3.协助校方管理，包括开云kaiyun(中国)员的安置及记录考勤 ；
4.协助处理开云kaiyun(中国)员投诉事宜，及时反馈开云kaiyun(中国)员意见 ；
5.EIP系统开云kaiyun(中国)员数据维护与更新 ；
6.执行开云kaiyun(中国)校安排的其他相关工作 ；
7.参加包括课外活动在内的开云kaiyun(中国)校社会活动 ；
9.参加需要出席的教开云kaiyun(中国)研讨等会议

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans
Prepare classroom for class activities
Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
Provide appropriate feedback on work
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development in EIP
Participate in extracurricular activities

职位要求：
1.英语相关专业本科及以上开云kaiyun(中国)历
2.拥有专业英语八级证书或雅思考试成绩达到7分或以上
3.口语流利（优秀者在英语相关证书方面可适当放宽）
4.责任心强，有耐心，积极，热情
5.两年教开云kaiyun(中国)经历优先考虑

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or above (English or relevant major preferred)
TEM-8 Certificate or IELTS score band 7 and up
1-2 years relevant teaching experience is preferred
