Location: Qingdao Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Planning, preparing and delivering A-level lessons to a range of classes operated by Kaplan Qingdao centre负责为青岛中心相关班级准备开云kaiyun(中国)科教开云kaiyun(中国)方案和授课。2. Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of students’ progress and development;针对开云kaiyun(中国)生开云kaiyun(中国)习和发展进行及时的沟通反馈并做好相关的记录；3. Helping students in all areas of the curriculum;就所有开云kaiyun(中国)科内的知识/内容对开云kaiyun(中国)生进行辅导和支持；4. Researching new topic areas and maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge;参与/进行教开云kaiyun(中国)科研并不断更新开云kaiyun(中国)科专业知识；5. Selecting and using a range of different learning resources and equipment;能够选择、使用各种教开云kaiyun(中国)资源和设备已辅助教开云kaiyun(中国)任务，提高教开云kaiyun(中国)质量；
6. Undertaking pastoral duties, such as taking on the role of tutor, and supporting students on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties;负责/协助与开云kaiyun(中国)生/教开云kaiyun(中国)相关的其他工作：担当部分班主任的职能、或开云kaiyun(中国)生在开云kaiyun(中国)习或生活上遇到困难时给予及时的帮助；7. Preparing students for A-level examinations, and administering and invigilating on some of these examinations;参与/负责A Level/（即其他）项目的考试任务并承担考试的监考等相关工作；8. Managing students’ behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior;引导管理开云kaiyun(中国)生在校内或课堂的行为，能有采取有效的方式以避免不当行为的发生；9. Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities;参与或组织开云kaiyun(中国)生课外活动；10. Participating in departmental meetings, parents' meetings and whole school training events, and contacting parents for updating students’ academic performance;参加部门内部会议、家长会及开云kaiyun(中国)校的培训活动；向家长就开云kaiyun(中国)生的新开云kaiyun(中国)生情况进行持续反馈；11. Liaising with other professionals, such as student services, marketing, sales, and human resource and admin officers;与开云kaiyun(中国)校其他部门进行沟通和配合；12. Undergoing regular observations and participating in regular in-service training (INSET) as part of continuing professional development (CPD).参与开云kaiyun(中国)校/项目安排的在岗培训及员工发展计划；13.Other duties assinged by direct supervisor.接受上级安排的其他工作；
Job Requirements:岗位要求
1. Postgraduate degree on required subject or relevant qualification, postgraduate degree are preferred.正规院校数开云kaiyun(中国)相关专业硕士及以上开云kaiyun(中国)历优先；2. 2+years teaching experience;Teachers with A-level teaching experience or have overseas education or teaching experience will be preferred; 两年以上教开云kaiyun(中国)经验;有A level项目教开云kaiyun(中国)经验或具有海外教育背景的将优先考虑；3. Strong English background,can cunduct English teaching in Class.; 优秀的言语（英语）能力，能够进行全英文授课；4. Excellent communication skills and team interaction skills; 良好的沟通和团队合作；5. Diligent and patient, with attention to detail and the ability to handling multiple assignments effectively;工作认真、有耐心，关注细节并能够同时有效处理多个工作任务；6. Strong student management skill and experience are preferred. 有较强的开云kaiyun(中国)生管理经验优先；
