| Responsibility 1. Business process re-engineering - Able to assist the assigned business process owners, experts and end user with the redesign of the business processes to meet stated objectives. 2. Requirement definition - Consults with customers in cross-functional areas to identify business needs and to facilitate agreement between functional areas. Assists customers in developing and documenting well-defined requirements to meet those needs and understand the cost or value to the organization of meeting the requirement. Solutions must be defined to be globally scalable and/or transportable to other locations. 3. Solution design - Able to translates solutions into comprehensive systems designs (including functional and technical specifications) 4. Gap analysis - Able to understand the user requirements and the variation to what can be achieved with the system design. Includes the ability to analyze the cost of the alternative solutions in line with the business returns generated by the user requirement. 5. Application configuration & testing - Able to configure, integrate, extend and implement ERP modules or other acquired software to meet the defined requirements, perform full cycle application testing. 6. End user support - work with the end-users to ensure that all problems, either system or process related are resolved to an agreed standard. 7. Work with and direct the efforts of software consultants and contractors. Requirement 1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 2. Good communication skills. 3. Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin. 4. Experience of application implementation and support experience on ERP software in a manufacturing environment. ERP Lx & Ln system will be a strong plus. 5. Familiar with supply chain, finance, manufacturing business flow, manufacturing experience is a plus. 6. Strong technical knowledge in application development using VB.net, Notes, DB2, SQL, Cognos Reports. Knowledge of machine programming, network infrastructure, and data communication are a definite plus. 7. Experience with project management will be an advantage. | ||||||
